Ace the winter in Three Steps || Winter Skincare!


Your comforter has become your best friend lately? Craving food every half an hour or in an hour? Hunting excuses to skip showers? Binge watching shows? Filling your cart for the upcoming sale? Cause I am!😜 Winter is here & so is my blog post.

Hello and Welcome to "The Libra Style"! I am Dhwani. How are you all doing? Hope you had an amazing weekend! Today's post is all about acing the winter in three steps. There are so many things I love about winter. This season brings holidays, weddings, gajar ka halwa and what not. But along with all the boons there are chapped lips, dandruff, dryness, flaky & irritated skin in store. Being the lazy girl, it's a little bit though for me to follow 7 to 8 steps winter friendly skincare regime.So here i am with just three simple steps to rock this winter. If you are like me than grab a cup of Hot Chocolate/ Tea/ Coffee and enjoy the post.

Scrub Out:-

Scrub  in winters?? Yes! Yes! Yes! I understand dry skin and scrub are not on very good terms but before the dirt take ascendancy, fill the gap! Limit the scrubbing to once a week. I use easy peasy diy scrub made of Coffee & honey. Not that harsh on skin, helps in improving blood circulation and locks the moisture.

Moisturize & Chill:-

Everyone knows how salient it is to moisturize in winters. We all enjoy taking hot shower after a long day to relax and have a sound sleep. Especially in winters we crave for long hot showers to keep ourselves warm. However, it cost us dry skin says skin expert. So use ample moisturizer right after the shower. If the moisturizers available in market are not captivating for you, opt for natural moisturizers such as honey, coconut oil, Aloe Vera gel or yogurt.

Hydrate & Glow:-

Did you just thought water? Cause word hydration always make me think of water. That's spot on! Our skin also feels thirsty and expect from us to quench it's thirst.(of course, who else will it expect from?😒) To fulfill the expectation drink lots of water, gift yourself a 20 min hydrating Face mask/Sheet Se-sh and enjoy your time. Include the food in diet which are rich in waterand that's it. on a side note i am actually reading this book and so far i am enjoying it!
