International Women's day!

 

8th of march is celebrated as "International women's day" across the world. This day gives us opportunity to embrace the women's around us. Of course everyday is a New opportunity to recognize and celebrate the efforts of women in our lives, society and country which usually gets unnoticed. However this day remind us to take out few moments from our busy schedules to celebrate the valuable efforts each and every women contributing for making this world a better place to live.

Today i have the platform and opportunity to convey my thoughts. If you want to indulge in the discourse then enjoy reading and share your thoughts!

After the 74 years of independence women's/girls are still struggling to raise their voice, putting their opinions forward and what not. Being a Female, I still have to think twice about choosing the "Appropriate Clothes" making sure my legs are not much visible,  the dress should not be too tight or too small etc. I am not saying that we have not improved, we have  however i feel there is still a long way to go. 

So today on behalf of every women I urge to  "Let your mother, daughter,  sister, wife, girlfriend, best friend or any  women do whatever that makes them happy. Let them take their own decision, let them fight their battles, let them work if they want and support them wherever needed. Stand by them for the choices they make. Don't hide them from bullies teach them to reply back. 

Don't trap them in the cage of society,  what other people think, don't do much makeup, apply some make up,  that's not how girls seat, the pose in this picture is not likable, don't talk much,  keep your voice low, inter cast marriage is not acceptable, dress should be a little long, don't hangout with guys a lot, you should know how to cook, divorce is not an option learn adjusting and what not.

Also i want ever girl/women reading this to have courage, share your problems with family, educate the men's around you on menstruation, mood swings or Pcod, teach them cooking & cleaning, let them know that raising hand on women or abusing them either in real or on internet is not appropriate and appreciated.
 

This women's day lets get free from all these barriers and fly high. "Women support Women" and continue to do so 365 days! Happy women's day to all the lovely ladies out there. Thank you for all the contributions in various sector!
